RFC 3330 says there'll never be a "test" TLD. It makes no promises
about a "dnsbltest" TLD, although I agree it's pretty unlikely.

Actually, they're legal in DNS names, just not in host names. That's
why SRV records and DKIM use _foo components, to be sure they can't
accidentally collide with host names. For once, I agree with Doug's
suggestion.
