at the IETF#72 ECRIT meeting the chairs asked the room whether there is 
interest in working on the following document:

Emergency Communications

The result was:
5 in favor
1 against

We would like to get feedback from the group on the mailing list in 
order to reconfirm the decision.

Deadline: 31st August.
