huh?

Conveyance already has PIDF-LO within SIP SUBSCRIBE and NOTIFY.

There is nothing new in either of these IDs relative putting a 
PIDF-LO in SUBSCRIBE or NOTIFY.

What do you see that's fundamentally different?
