WG Action: Conclusion of Context Transfer, Handoff Candidate Discovery, and Dormant Mode Host Alerting (seamoby)

The Context Transfer, Handoff Candidate Discovery, and Dormant 
Mode Host Alerting (seamoby) in the Transport Area has concluded.

The IESG contact persons are Allison Mankin and Jon Peterson.

The mailing list will be closed.

The working group completed its charter by delivering experimental
versions of protocols to enhance transport in mobile environments.
Further discussion of the Seamoby protocols will take place in the
MOBOPTS IRTF Research Group.
