UPDATED Last Call: 'Precomputable Binding Management Key Kbm for Mobile IPv6' to Proposed Standard

The IESG has received a request from the Mobility for IPv6 WG to consider the 
following document:

- 'Precomputable Binding Management Key Kbm for Mobile IPv6 '
   <draft-ietf-mip6-precfgkbm-01.txt> as a Proposed Standard

The IESG plans to make a decision in the next few weeks, and solicits
final comments on this action.  Please send any comments to the
