 This memo outlines the process by which the IAB and the IESG make
 selections of members of the IETF Administrative Oversight Committee.
 
Working Group Summary
 
 It is an IAB/IESG document and has been reviewed by IAB
 and IESG. 
 
Protocol Quality
 
 Reviewed by Brian Carpenter. The IAB and IESG used this document 
 during their selection process for the recent IOAC selections,
 in addition to consulting BCP 101 as necessary. IETF Last Call
 led to only minor changes referring to NomCom and ISOC Board.
