My remarks of a few moments ago were overly hasty.
The fact that I'm angry at the way IPR disrupts technical work does not
excuse intemperate comments about others' attempts to lessen the
disruption, even when I disagree strongly about whether they will achieve
their stated purpose.
I'll see if I can say something more constructive after having slept on the
issue.
