Re: A guide to the IETF's process documents

Actually this may be more important than 'just updating once and a while' such that there may be a valid reason for the creation of a new 'Role' within the Managemement and that would be a "Manager of Disclosure Resources" or somesuch. The purpose of the role would be to

1) Define and get approval for a POLICY and PROCESS to disclose all components of the Participation and IP transfer framework

2) Work with Jorge and the IESG & Trust to integrate all of the process policies into that framework ands to provide a disclosure site that is easily navigated and understood by all participants.

My personal feeling is that this is a full time role and probably wants some form person assigned to it specifically.

Anyone who really wants to see all the IETF's process documents at one time needs to take a look at this page:

<http://www.ietf.org/IESG/content/ions/ion-procdocs.html>

This page is not normative, in the sense that a document doesn't lose standing because it is not listed here, but it can be useful to read it.

And I will try to update it once in a while, so additions and corrections are welcome.
