Contributions on "other lists"

What exactly does it mean if a WG is closed, and its list is kept alive?

I think the OP confused "IETF Trust" and "list owner".  If not I'd like
to have it clear that the IETF Trust only owns the contributions in the
"other lists" (while they're listed as "other list"), but not the list.
