End-to-End Research Group Report
August 2006

The End-to-End Research Group met July 27 and 28 at MIT.

About half the meeting was held in collaboration with members of the
Congestion Control Research Group and devoted to looking at developments
in congestion control.

Most of the rest of the meeting focused on various perspectives on
how programmable media layers (for example, software defined radios)
might challenge our notion of how the network stack is organized.
