Still?  I thought that the whole point of the "cruft" exercise was to  
clear out the backlog, so that we would be able to start fresh...  On  
second thought, I doubt there is any way for you tool to tell which  
documents were intentionally retained by the "cruft" exercise and  
don't have to be reviewed again for several months.

Of course with 750 PS and DS documents in circulation and ~25  
telechats per year, we're talking about having the IESG review the  
status of an average of 30 documents per telechat, which might be  
fairly daunting even after we hit steady state.
