[Sip] option packets

Hi all,

I have one doubt about SIP option packet processing.

 

Topology :

 

Ph1--------server--------ph2

 

When ph1 sends options request to ph2; Note that both phones are registered

to the same server. In this case my doubt is who responds to option request?

 

Is it like server responds to option request ?

or

Is it like ph2 responds to option request ?

 

Does this behaviour changes if we have proxy in place of server;

or how this behaviour is differnet in case of back-to-back-user-agent;
