[Sip] Next SIP Version

Hi,
 
Is there any works going on to comeup with next version of SIP? That is SIP 3.0
Where are we planning to address collectively the most important aspects/issues like Offer-answer, NAT traversal, non-INVITE Timer issues, security recommendations etc?
