Take a look at the original proposal, the password has to be published
using steganography too and a gif is suggested.

This is not really much different from text based obfustication such
as pbaker [at] verisign [dot] com.


Before looking at the accessibility issues of a proposal lets look at
whether it makes any sense at all.

I think that it is very clear that the massive asymmetry between 
legitimate and illegitimate use means that we can expect a solution
that works without the need for major changes on the part of 
legitimate users.

That does not mean that there can be no impact on operators, I think
that it is very clear that any party that wants to inject significant 
traffic into the Internet is going to require some level of
accreditation over and above what is presently required.
