RE: [dccp] DCCP and low-delay interactive media

OK, thanks, and sorry, then I apologize so much to Sally! I will then
*assume* nothing yet about any WG consensus. I was guessing that it did
exist, and was hoping someone would answer my questions having that
"authority" (actually I wrote "I would very much like the opinions to the
addressed questions from this group.", but I realize now that that statment
was not precise enough to call for what I *was* asking for). So I will, as
Sally pointed out, restrict the context of her answer to her *personal*
beliefs. I will look into RFC2418. Thanks again, Lars!
