OK, then we are talking about a limited subset of deployments, as this
does not allow the relay to see all the messages where two relays are
involved (at INIT/REBINDING/etc, drops to one, not the other), nor
where more than one server is involed (differing sets of information
supplied is normal operation).

Right?  Or am I remembering the PD discussions wrong?


For completeness, it also presumes no support of DHCPINFORM messages
(servers reply to ciaddr not giaddr, so relays will not see server
replies), which I assumed already as this draft is purposed to
authorize access to IP address resources, which DHCPINFORM does not
convey.
