[ipcdn] New editors/authors for the ipcdn ID: draft-ietf-ipcdn-docsisevent-mib-03.txt

Folks,

During the IPCDN wg meeting at the last IETF, we put out a call for new editors/co-authors for the IPCDN DOCSIS Notification mib (draft-ietf-ipcdn-docsisevent-mib-03.txt). The draft expired in July 2003.
The call for volunteers is in our meeting materials:

Azlina Ahmad of Cisco and Greg Nakanishi of Motorola did volunteered to take over the draft and help us advance it through the IETF process. Rich and I have reviewed their proposal and accepted it. Let me or Rich know if you have any comments or concerns. Unless we hear any concerns, this decision will become effective 1 week from today.

Thank you to David, Junming and Pak for their contributions and for taking the draft to draft-03.
