Extended last call draft-ietf-l3vpn-ospf-2547-00.txt

The last call deadline on draft-ietf-l3vpn-ospf-2547-00.txt 
is extended to 11/21/2003 5PM Eastern.

This is partly due to the IETF (people are pretty busy this 
week), and partly to correspond to the last call on the 
companion document draft-ietf-ospf-2547-dnbit-01.txt 
whose last call in the OSPF working group has also been 
extended to 11/21/2003.
