Routing support and GRE in CE-based IPSec VPNs

Hello,

Can anyone please tell me what happened to the following two drafts:

Routing Support in CE-based IPSec VPNs
draft-wang-cevpn-routing-00.txt, Jan. 2002

and

Use of GRE for routing support in IPSec VPNs
draft-khetan-sp-greipsec-00.txt, Oct. 2001

They seemed to address some important issues, but don't
seem to have been progressed? 
Were they absorbed into some other related documents?

Any pointers would be appreciated.
