6.1 Confirm additional port expert [IANA #209096] (Michelle Cotton)

The management issue was discussed.  The IESG approved Markku Kojo
(kojo@cs.helsinki.fi) as an additional port numbers expert.

6.2 Executive session to discuss Appeal of DNSOP WG Decision of
September 13, 2008 (Magnus Weserlund)

The management issue was discussed in an executive session.  Ron 
Bonica and Russ Housley formally recused themselves from the handling 
of this appeal.

6.3 CEA Media Type Application "cea-2018+xml" (Russ Housley)

The management issue was discussed. IESG approved the CEA media type
application named "cea-2018+xml."

6.4 IANA expert for TLS registries (Pasi Eronen)

The management issue was discussed.  The IESG approved Eric Rescorla
(ekr@networkresonance.com) as the IANA expert for TLS registries.

6.5 Request to the RFC Editor to expedite processing of the CAPWAP

ask the RFC Editor to expedite processing of the CAPWAP Protocol
Specification (draft-ietf-capwap-protocol-specification).

6.6 Approval of application/emma+xml media type (Chris Newman)

The management issue was discussed. The IESG approved the registration
of the media type "application/emma+xml."

6.7 Telechat schedule for January (Tim Polk)

The management issue was discussed.  The IESG will hold telechats on
January 8, January 15, January 29, February 12, February 26 and March
12.

6.8 RFC 1122 updates RFC 0793 (Lars Eggert)

The management issue was discussed.  The IESG approved asking the RFC
Editor to mark that RFC1122 updates RFC793.

6.9 IANA Registry bugs surrounding the TOS byte. (Lars Eggert)
